About Dr. Galay

Naturopathic Doctor Richelle Galay, Moose Jaw, Sk

I started my wholistic health care journey at a very young age.  I suffered from terrible migraines, that would send me home from school and leave me barely able to keep any medication down to help with the pain. My mom was a trail blazer though in not just taking the doctor's advice (which wasn't much) when my health would land me in their offices.

Reflexology, Chiropractic, you name it, we tried it.

Over the years, my migraines were managed, but of course other health concerns would pop up.  Acne and irregular periods led me back into the Dr's offices.

Which eventually led us to Naturopathic Medicine.  With the help and support of my ND, we finally understood what was going on.  I was diagnosed in my early 20's with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

.

Growing up I always knew I wanted to be in health care but it wasn't until my own health journey led us to Naturopathic Medicine, did it truly become clear that this was the path I needed to take.As the owner and creator of Vibrant Naturopathic Clinic, my vision for women feeling held and supported on their health care journey is at the forefront of all I do here.  So many times while in Dr's offices, I felt disregarded, unheard and unsupported and I wanted to do the opposite

You deserve a health care team that can will listen to your concerns and work with you to create a plan to reach amazing health in all aspects of your life.

I am excited you are here and I look forward to supporting this community.
